    2. When personal information is provided in connection with business succession due to a merger or other reason.
    3.   1. If the personal information held by us by a user is incorrect, the user may request that we correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”) in accordance with the procedures established by our company.
  2. When we receive a request from a user as set forth in the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will correct the personal information without delay.
  3. When we make Corrections, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph or decide not to make Corrections, etc., we will notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. If an individual requests the suspension or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) on the grounds that their personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended use or has been obtained by improper means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. If, based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will Suspend Use, etc. of the personal information without delay.
  3. If we Suspend Use, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if we decide not to Suspend Use, etc., we will notify the user without delay.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if Suspension of Use, etc. would be prohibitively expensive or otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests are available, we will take such alternative measures.

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user, except as otherwise provided for by law or otherwise in this Policy.
